4 Non Blondes to reunite for first time in 30 years

American rock band 4 Non Blondes are set to reunite for the first time in more than 30 years at BottleRock Festival.

The festival is set to take place in Napa Valley, California, in May. Green Day, Justin Timberlake and Noah Kahan will headline the three-day event. Other acts confirmed include Khruangbin, Cage the Elephant, Public Enemy, Beach Bunny, Ice Cube, Benson Boone, Remi Wolf, Kate Hudson, Lauren Mayberry, Dope Lemon and Sharon Van Etten.

After releasing one album in 1992, Bigger, Better, Faster, More!, which sold more than 1.5 million copies, 4 Non Blondes parted ways. Following the band’s demise, lead vocalist Linda Perry has established a successful solo career, and is also a revered songwriter for other artists.To announce the reunion, Perry appeared on The Allison Hagendorf Show. During the interview, the singer explained why it feels an appropriate time to reunite the band, stating, “It’s not (the right time) and I don’t know when it would (be). It’s more like, honestly, it’s the right time in my head. It’s the right time in my head.”
