It is very difficult to implement a planned summer tour for all musicians today, without problems because the planning period is very long in relation to the factual situation and the speed of daily changes literally everywhere in Europe. Maybe Serbia is not a good example of indicating rapper for that, but if no one else can plan here anymore in the next week, where in addition to individual summer festivals in Serbia do not have that tour of foreign independent concerts around the country (that such as a some american band band play today in Novi Sad, tomorrow in Belgrade, and the day after tomorrow in Nis), how is it only in other European countries that they have!?
All in all, if you are not a large enough band to fill the sports halls, arena and stadiums, you must be able to have such bands if you play for a small population on their concerts, with a tendency to organize multiple concerts in a row. If we leave all the unforeseen circumstances that can happen (individual possible sickness of the members on tour, organizational-technical problems), which are not very common, in light of Europe in relation to a period from the corona virus the whole Europe made “crazy” burdened with personal problems and infantileness, it is objective that many European tours have been cancelled or under the serious sign of issues this year. Booking bands with planned concert activities is mainly working a year in advance and about 70 percent of cases, when, what and where they always will play next year, these are the festivals and independent concerts, while the void residue of 30 percent. In the meantime, it was added (depending on the name of the band) somewhere desirable along the way, and at a decent distance between 2, or 3 places …
That part of the work is kind of the most interesting because it fits into a broader image that is visible to bands and agencies and all concert organizers. However … in light of the new circumstances, the organisers of the Punk Rock Holiday 2.5 festival had almost incredible and really rarely seen situation. It took them some time confirming the full list of bands, because only the booking of bands was a “great rollercoster”, two occasions were confirmed by the main performers, one cancelling, and it is not a small thing at all. Especially in a situation where the festival is sold out 4 months before…For example, Rich Kids on LSD, ie RKL and Clowns, cancelled their gigs on PRH 2.5 and their entire tours. The bands really struggle to set up their European tours own healthy legs, so from the Punk Rock Holiday 2.5 organisation want to support local organizers to maintain the puncture of the punkrock scene. Bying the tickets and for those other concerts on the tour, it seems on the right and the only right way possible for real supporting of the punkrock scene.
It is for sure that on 04.08.- 08.08.2025., in Tolmin, at the Festival Punk Rock Holiday 2.5, will play Frank Turner.., Zebrahead, The Baboon Show – Official, Ignite, Jaya The Cat, Grade 2, Save Ferris, Codefendants, The Last Gang, Turbobier, Fuzigish, Urethane, Rat Boy, Doc Rotten, Judo Chop. We remind you, that organisers have already been confirmed: Refused (they will play the Warm Up Show, on Monday, 04.08.2025.), Millencollin, Turbonegro, Zeke, Down by Law, but also Agnostic Front, Madball, Authority Zero, Chaser and many others…In case that you have not bought your tickets on official points of sale, for your tickets now, you need to contact the following Beach Stage bands, which will also perform at the Festival: CF98, Jawless, Curbrigen, One Hidden Frame, Melonball, Slackrr, Pennysurfers, Holly Would Surrender, Wasei, Snackwolf, The Morrons, Coral Springs, Wolfpack, Skin of Tears, No Guidance, Corbillard, 7 Dials Mystery, Queens of Everything, Heathcliff, Hike the Peak. If you are not discovered Tolmin earlier, you can do that always for your first time, and you will talk about that on the best possible way a whole year.
